Accelleron and ABB are top graduate employers in China

(CONNECT) Accelleron and ABB are the only Swiss companies named as Top Graduate Employer Brands 2025 by 51job in China. 51job is one of the largest career and talent platforms in China. The annual Top Graduate Employer Brands competition reportedly offers the most respected and influential selection of university employers in China. A total of 120 Chinese and international companies were recognized.

Participating employers must first fill out a questionnaire and answer questions about employee numbers, hiring volume and staff structure, as well as innovative remuneration and benefits. They must also provide practical examples from the past two years, including university talent development programs, campus investments and community service activities related to university jobs. Furthermore, a job satisfaction survey among university graduates at over 65 universities across China and on graduate job search portals is carried out for the competition. The winning companies are then selected based on the application questionnaire and satisfaction survey.

Both Accelleron, which is based in Baden in the Swiss canton of Aargau and was spun off from ABB in 2022, and ABB maintain a presence in China via subsidiaries. For Accelleron, this is the second year in a row that the company has been acknowledged as one of the Top Graduate Employer Brands. “This recognition reflects the trust and enthusiasm from students at 65+ top universities in China who see Accelleron as a place to learn, grow, and make a real impact”, as the company writes in a LinkedIn post. ce/nta
