Privatbank Gutmann turns to BSI Software for digitalization
(CONNECT) The Austrian private bank Gutmann has opted to integrate the cloud-based Customer Suite developed by industry specialists BSI Software from the canton of Aargau, as detailed in a press release. Banking operations continued during the switchover from the previous on-premises solution to the cloud. With this move, the private bank is seeking to future-proof its digital infrastructure.
The decisive factor in favor of selecting the Swiss industry specialist BSI was the modular, API-first architecture of its customer platform. According to the company, it operates on a cloud and AI-agnostic basis, offering advantages in data protection and regulatory requirements in the process. Moreover, Gutmann will now reportedly be able to provide new low-code/no-code services in relation to digital customer management for high-net-worth private clients, foundations and institutional investors.
“With our solutions, we are able to offer exclusive customers like Bank Gutmann the technological freedom to implement innovations immediately while reliably meeting the compliance requirements of the EU AI Act and DORA”, as René Konrad, Lead Business Unit Banking, BSI Software, explains in the press release.
According to information from the company itself, with its Customer Suite, BSI Business Systems Integration AG provides a tailor-made, modular, scalable and holistic platform with a range of functionalities for marketing automation, sales support and services processes. The BSI solution is said to comply with the highest security standards and reportedly paves the way for flexible processes and more rapid innovation cycles. ce/heg
